END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR PILIGRIM DELIVERY
1. INTRODUCTION
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Piligrim Delivery (“Company”) governing your use of the Piligrim Delivery mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Piligrim Delivery grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
- Modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App;
- Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any related services, user accounts, or networks.
4. USER CONDUCT
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Publish, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
- Harass, threaten, embarrass, or cause distress or discomfort to other users.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, Piligrim Delivery employees.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
5. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY
Piligrim Delivery collects and processes personal data as described in its Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such data collection and processing.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Piligrim Delivery reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke your access to the App at any time if you violate its terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of Canada.
